Job Well done!

I met Sham in early 2010 and started following his program in mid-February. I changed my diet and exercise routine and immediately I began to drop weight and firm up my body like I never had before. In fact, I started the program at the same time with my wife and she has achieved tremendous results on her own! In just three short months, I lost over 20 pounds and she has lost over 15 pounds. We both are amazed with our results and can't believe Sham's program was so easy to follow!
I continue to train with Sham and follow all his exercise and nutritional advice. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is truly spectacular. Also knowing that he possesses his bachelor degrees in Exercise Biology and Nutrition is reassuring that I am getting the right information at all times. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about changing my diet and not feeling the need to work-out every day.... but my great results have proven me wrong. Sham has been right about every change in which he has advised me and I can't thank him enough! I believe the best part of working with Sham has been rebuilding my body in a healthy manner. I enjoy all the new and different foods I get to experience, have lots of energy, sleep well, and exercise more efficiently than I have ever before... and its all thanks to Sham!
I would recommend Sham to anyone. He is compassionate and cares about his clients. Sham's dedication to his craft is quite evident by his wealth of knowledge and expertise as a great deal of his time spent outside of the gym is researching nutritional and fitness plans that best suit his clients. If you are fortunate enough to work with Sham, I highly recommend him!

Boot Camp Feed Back!
I attended the Fall 2009 Boot Camp held at Land Park. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was able to exercise outside with a great group of people. During the boot camp, we competed with ourselves and cheered each other on. I lost seven pounds during the 10 weeks it was being held. Sham is a great coach. His personality, while easy going, is highly motivating. He provided great advice and doable tips regarding diet and nutrition. I recommend his Boot Camp. Although I haven’t done personal sessions with Sham yet, I am sure I would lose weight and inches successfully by following his plan.
Total Weight loss from the Fall 2009 Boot Camp was over 40 lbs great job boot campers!!
March Detox Success:
In the last 2 weeks Michelle R. and Nicole have lost a combined 17 lbs in only 2 weeks while following the detox and boot camp programs! Great Job Ladies!!
Dawn and her husband Robert have lost over 25 lbs while on the detox/lifestyle program and one on one personal training!
